Refund and Returns Policy

At Delafinohouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we’re here to help. Please review the details below for our refund and returns policy.

1. Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Intimate apparel such as underwear or swimwear
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact our customer service team first to arrange the return.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@delafinohouse.com.

3. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable, unless they are faulty or damaged upon delivery.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@delafinohouse.com.

5. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and processed, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about the return.

6. Shipping Returns

To return your product, contact us at support@delafinohouse.com.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
